A federal inspector comes to Mr Jones' farm to check on the condition of the animals and the buildings. When Mr Jones takes him into the chicken coop, the inspector starts squawking like a chicken, and the chickens respond to him. When he was finished, he told Mr Jones that the chickens said that he treats them fine, but sometimes they feel a strong draft through the coop, and that he will have to repair some of the windows. The inspector next has conversations with the cows, and then the horses, who each register just minor complaints.
When asked what he'd like to see next, the inspector said that he would like to see the sheep. Farmer Jones says "Oh, you don't want to talk to them. They lie like a bastard!".
