This is a semi sparkling wine made from the Muscat grape (Moscato in Italian) made in area around the town of Asti. It should be fairly easy to find in any good wine shop. A store called Fine Wine has Vietti Moscato d'Asti 2005 at $14.95. They have a store in the Salona Village Shopping Center
