I would try a leave in conditioner (DON'T use wash out conditioner and leave in conditioner it'll make your hair super oily) or a frizz controlling creme. You can also buy this stuff called shine spray. Spray some on your brush and it will (temporarily) take care of frizz. You can also do the same thing with some flexible hold aerosole hairspray, but that's just also just temporary.

You could also try washing your hair with vinegar once or twice a week. That smooths out your hair and will help control frizz.
