we never really get over it, it does get easier as the years pass, depends on just how much u loved that person. first we have to accept the fact this person is never going to be in our lives again, and there may not be any more contact with them. than we must go through a grieving process, to be able to heal. sometimes we can make no sense out of it, and may never understand it. we usually have to replace our lost love with someone else, and in time the hurt passes. we do need to talk about it and not just bury our hurt deep with in, as it will only come out later on if we haven't properly gone through the grief. at first when we experience the loss we really can't see past the pain, we are consumed with it, but after a time we do move on, sometimes we are forced to move on, because we just get tired of feeling hurt all of the time. good luck

Okay, first of let me tell that it takes time. Don't rush your emotions. That's the first thing. The other thing is realising that it is over and someone else for YOU WILL come along. Take time out for you. Get busy. Find things that you like to do and do them!! NO lying around listening to sad songs. LIFE IS TOO SHORT. Hang out w/ some people that will uplift your spirits and if there is no one around that can provide that for you. Sometimes friends can support the misery loves company. So, live life to the fullest and meet people that are positive to your spirit. Do the damn thing, boy.

The best thing to do is find someone new. In most cases this will take your mind off your ex. Don't let yourself fall in love for a while(if it should happen just give it plenty of time-you don't want to be caught on the rebound).

Try to remember why you didnt work out... remember the bad times and not the good. Then just go out, have fun, try to meet new people. Soon you'll find someone that is a right fit for you. It takes time, but it will happen soon! Good luck

Fastest way in my Opinion is start seeing other girls, keep busy, ,join a gym, go out with friends and don't think too much of your past ,if that is not clicking for you, than you must wait it out and time will heal the loss.

Love yourself is my advice if you're still grieving.
If you just want her, realize that you love 1) who she WAS, 2) the memories you have and 3) the feelings you had......Not HER NOW.
You're in love w/ a memory. Be happy with that. Keep it and hold it, but then lock it up and stash it away. There are a lot of good girls out there. One will be just like that...but she'll be for keeps. :) Good luck!

Yeah, exercise, sunlight, a teddy bear to hug to the fron tof your body.
These things help you with the withdrawal from the chemicals that are attached to the person. Chemicals can make things linger just when you thought you set your head straight!
Then, you're free to attach those chemicals to someone else in your whole body patterns!
Sounds kooky, but then again, would drugs work if our body didn't make our own?
