Well you don't really need to lose weight. You could try crunches or sit-ups to maybe tighten up your stomach.

The best way to lose wieght is control how many calories that you eat, control your portions. In other words eat foods that are good for you, plenty of veggies, drink a lot of water. Cut out the soft drinks as much as possible and add a little exercise into your day. Just remember that you didn't gain the weight all at once so you won't be able to lose the weight quickly either.

To lose weight you'll need to cut back on the calories, sweets, fast foods, etc. If there is a way to exercise this would speed the time that it takes. There are many dvd's you can use at home now too, kickboxing, aerobic dance, etc. The clubs normally have child care too if you want to go work out at one. Find something that you'll look forward to doing, and you'll want to do it. The more you move-the more you'll lose.
Watch your eating after 7:30 at nite too. Hope this helps...

You will have to loose some. Then you can work on toning with some stomach work.
