you didnt mention the age of the boy. but anyway if the boy is in his teen years surely he is afraid or shy , if the boy is in the right age, surely he is afraid of rejection, there were so many ways to convince the boy to like you, befriend with him, through conversation you will know he likes you, how? if he talk with you in long hours theres the possibility he likes you. a boy will never waste his time chatting to a lady if he didnt like you.

all of the guys i know admit who they like and most of my guy friends i have asked if they like me some say yes some say no and others say nothing and run away and pretend like i never asked the question
every guy has there own reason and girls do the same girls dont want to be rejected made fun of or anything

Boys are usually scared to aproach a girl... Conceited girls have taught many boys that rejection is very very painful.Boys feel vulnerable when that happens...Girls should ask out... but rejection applies to girls too.

They are too shy. Try to get to know them better. Get their #. And always smile and look them in they eyes. Ask them questions most people would know. Then they can be shure you like them back and they will tell you their feelings.
