OK, now that the cat pee has become cakey, yucky, goo you'll need to try cleaning that area several times to work the pee/clay mixture out of the carpet. I'd just go with several cleanings with just plain hot water and then a final cleaning with carpet shampoo.
Sorry, but it's an elbow grease situation now. :-(

WOAH. Stop. Stop. 1st of all, do not mix too many cleaning supplies. Bleach based and amonia based products mix to a dangerous combination. Never use amonia based cleaners to clean up pet urine. Amonia is found in the urine itself and the smell will be there forever and the cat will continue to use that area to pee on.
First you have to get rid of the paste. You may have to let it dry then scrape it up and vacuum really well.
Then you need to get the urine out of the carpet. There is a really good site http://www.cathealth.com/urineclean.htm (its rather long directions).
You may have to replace the carpet, if Kitty has been going there a lot. If not, treat the area with an enzyme product specially for cat urine to remove all smells. If you can not replace the carpet you may need to lift up the carpet and treat the pad underneath.
If you do not clean the carpet completely, the kitty will go there again and again.

How did the litter get mixed in? To get the smell of urine out pour baking soda on then some diluted white vinigar. After the foaming stops scrub with a stiff scrub brush. You might have to do this a few times to get the smell and litter out. Make sure you blot up the liquid with paper towels or even newspaper. That way it will dry faster. After that you can shampoo again to get the vinigar smell out. Vinigar nuetrilizes the cat smell.

Peroxide. Pour Peroxide ...the cheapo stuff from dollar bill stores costs 2 for a dollar...right on it. Wait a few minutes. wipe at it lightly. Pour more on. Wipe at it lightly. Stand on a towel on the spot, then leave the towel on it all night. Vacuum it the next day.

Keep working at it. It will eventually come out. When it's out, use some baking soda and vacuum it up.
