Are most Samoans full Samoan? Because I've heard that many have German,etc. roots too...?

I'm very interested in the Samoan culture. I'm trying my best to learn the language also.

It all depends on the individual. They have Polynesian roots, like other Pacific Islanders. Polynesians originally came from southeast Asia, and gradually settled islands further and further east across the Pacific.
