It depends if you're looking for pet quality or show quality. Pet quality goes for $1800 in my area with a restricted registration. Meaning you can't breed the dog. Show prospect is $2000 & up with co-ownership & also a breeding contract stating that the co-owner gets pick of the first litter. Remember you get what you pay for. Make sure you go to a reputable breeder that can answer all questions about their medical needs & expenses. This breed is definitely not for someone that cannot afford many vet bills.

Good, they start around $2000.00. That's only for the puppy. English Bulldogs are strolling beginning defects. They've issues with their eyes, mouths, tooth, throats, hips, elbows, knees, spines, dermis, and ears. Their organs are squished into "cobby" bodies, repeatedly inflicting problems. Surgical procedures to correct problems are upwards of $5000 each and every!!! That's no longer even together with the spay/neuter!!! You must be careful concerning the breeder. I used to work at a vet sanatorium. I can not tell you what number of people would bring of their English Bulldog doggies for shots and find out that the canine needs surgery just to are living a ordinary life.

The price varies by the demographic region of residence. The few reputable breeders I am aware of charge at least $2500 for a male puppy. I suggest researching the breed prior to purchase. This particular breed has a host of genetic issues ie; prolapsed third eyelids (those require surgery), skin fold pyodermas (skin infections), otitis externa (ear infections), and not to mention the short soft palate which causes dyspnea (labored breathing) in extreme cases. A little thought to end this on, part of the very high price includes the fact that you are helping to pay for the cesarian section that the female had to have in order to deliver her pups because their heads are too large to travel through and out of the vaginal canal.

VERY EXPENSIVE, as they are pretty rare to find in pet stores, so you're looking at more than one thousand dollars. And most of the time, the younger the animal, the more expensive it is. Good luck finding one that suits you!

I've seen them for as low as 1500.00 but as high as 3000.00. Just remember they are prone to many health problems and buying them is only a small chunk of change compared to the vet bills for this breed. Good luck on your search.
