That's wonderful that your 7 year old daughter can play the piano. I have taught a handful of autistic kids in my studio, and they are a joy to work with.
However, PLEASE get that piano tuned!! It is SO badly out of tune that you are doing damage to her ear (that is, her "musical ear"). A properly tuned piano will help her be an even better pianist.
