it could be a good thing as long as both people involved are matured about it.

well usually people say that is because if the relationship were to get serious you might get tired of seeing them after a while ya know you see them at work and at home so to some point your gonna wont an out but their wont be. I mean just a hypothetical situation to say that you end up hitting it off but then you break up it'll probably be a little awkward at work so it could be a good or bad good if your a needy person and bad well i just told you.

Don't do it. There are plenty of women out there to date without setting yourself up for that kind of stress. It may be all great for a while but if it ends and if it ends badly, your life at work could be hell. I made that mistake and for a year I had to deal with this guy being a complete jerk to me every single day. I looked forward to the days he was not at work so I would not have to deal with him. If you end it and she doesn't like it, you could end up with complaints filed against you or any number of other horror stories. People will talk bad about the ex partner's sexual skills, um.. size even! It all good til someone gets hurt. Please don't do it!

I think that your employer is violating your rights.
I don't think that it's a good idea to date a co-worker, however. Personal experience has taught me that mixing business and pleasure rarely works well.
It can be quite uncomfortable if you have an argument with your gf and then have to deal with her in a professional manner at work. Similarly work stress can be brought home and cause damage to the relationship.

BAD. Do not, by any means, risk hurting your career for the sake of a girl. The job is always more important. Flirt if you must, but don't go any farther than that.

Don't ask her out, I think it's a bad idea. If things don't work out, then you have to see this person every day. It makes your job more difficult. Either that or quit the job, then ask her out. LOL !!!

If there is a company rule that states you can not date other employees then I would not recommend as you both could lose your jobs but, it is up to you.
Good Luck

sincerely... Having a relationship with a work partner can be complicated.. First u might need to keep it secret from your boss.
AND. If it turns bad at the end.. It will be akward to say hi and since you work together it will feel... well... wierd....Besides that..Screw the policy...... Date her if u like her... go for it!!!
U have my support...
