should i dye my hair black?

I have boring blonde hair and blue eyes and am thinking of going for the sexy, exotic look and dye my hair black and get dark contacts. I am olive skin coloured. any opinion would be helpful.

also heard from some that its okay to dye yoru eyebrows and some say that its not. what is the truth?

You need to be really really sure before you dye it black, because the only way you'll be able to get rid of it is either chemically staightening it or chopping it off.

it is okay to dye your brows and lashes but go to a pro. never do it on your own.

as for the black, i suggest trying a semi permanent...one that washes out after a few washs. i would prefer you got to a salon to do it so it does not turn green. it may seem expensive to do a semi permanent but if you do not like it, it will wash out and you do not have to commit to it. it is very hard to strip black and get it back to normal without damaging your hair. this way you get to try it for about a month and if you like it then you can do it permanently.

you should try the dark hair with the blue eyes as it is very dramatic...think liz taylor as cleopatra. however, maybe you should try a rich dark chocolate colour. it has more shine and depth. most people think black is dramatic but i find that the deep rich dark chocolate is a much softer look.

I think it may look a lil fake if you go black, instead you may want to try a darker blonde or light brown and if that isn't drastic enough for ya then go black if that's what you really want. If you dye your eyebrows be sure to read the ingredients cause I know a girl i went to school with did hers and lol it burned all her eyebrows off and she had to pencil them in until they grew back.

You should never go straight from blond to black and vise versa w/o applying a red base first or your hair will be green. Anyhow, don't dye it.. use a rinse.

NO,don't dye it black. Try a medium brown or a chocolate brown.If you dye it black and don't like it,it will be so hard to take out and using hair dye remover is very rough on the hair.

DON'T!!! Sorry, but my friend had blonde hair and she dyed it black! It didn't work at all! If you want change, the contacts would work too! Or you could just give your hair some streaks or hilights!

instead of black, dye it a dark brown since you have olive skin. itll look better. and dont put in contacts. itll look more exotic if u have dark hair and light eyes. and dont dye your eyebrows yourself. at the very least youll dye your skin and itll look wierd. at the worst youll go blind after you get the dye in your eye. just use some brown mascara every morning to fill it in. i think your new look will look great. good luck

If you are a natural blonde and dye it black it WILL look fake. Be yourself!

You can dye your eyebrows if you are careful not to get it in your eyes--if you get it in your eyes you could go blind. That's why they say just don't do it, but you can of course if you're careful.

i think going from blonde to black would be too much of a change, maybe you could try a darker color but something a bit less dramatic compared to your natural color. if you hate it there isnt much you can do to get your hair back to normal without destroying it

if you dye it black, keep the light eyes because they will pop more next 2 the dark hair. black hair and blue eyes look great!
