There is no such thing as a "chartered" military flight. it's either chartered (delta, American, act) or it's a military rotater plane. The commercial flight can take about 36 hours with stops, and layovers. There are NO direct flights from Kuwait. I'm betting that this person is on a military rotater plane and that can take anywhere from 36-72 hours with stops, again no direct flight.

Do not know of any "chartered" flights that fly direct. Usually it is Kuwait to Germany or Ireland then Atlanta. If you have someone coming home on leave, I would expect them to arrive in the early morning. 7-10 am. Hope this helps.

If it is a chartered flight, it is not a military flight. Most military flights leaving the middle east stop over in Germany.
