It sounds like you may have a bacteria infection in your gums from not properly cleaning your teeth. You need to brush twice a day and floss every 24hr(atleast). Sorry to say that there isn't much of a homemade relief you need to get to a dentist and set up an inital exam and xray and then the doctor will let you know what it's the best coursse of action for you...Either just a really good cleaning or a deep cleaning also know as Scaling and Root Planing which goes under the gums further then a normal cleanning. YOu should be scoped doen there to see if there is a serious infection or bleeding.
Use mastiuc gum every morning to line the stomache from effets of acid.
Stop eating dairy altogether,. Have teehth checked for decay and inferction.

You should try the BreathRx products. I believe they come in toothpaste, mouth wash, and mints. I believe Walgreens and Rite-Aid carry them.

you should try and wash your mouth regularly, but then i will also advise you check and see if there are no holes in your teeth, then gargle warm water with salt in it after every meal for 2 weeks.

Brush your teeth after every meal and use mouth wash every night before bed and during the day...if that dont work, then ????????????
