The best 'everyday' way of doing it is to first blow dry your hair, to make it smooth and almost straight. Use some leave-in conditioner on damp hair before blow drying, it adds a little body and hold without any crunchiness. Then set Velcro rollers, large or medium for bigger curls (whether you want to do the rollers inward or outward depends on what you want you hair to be like. Just experiment a little bit). Mist lightly with a hair spray and diffuse it with the dryer. Take out the rollers gently (hold at the roots and undo the rollers) after 20-30 minutes. Separate with your fingers or a very wide tooth comb. Another thing, fix the rollers as close to the base of the hair section as possible. It should be like standing up at about 90 degree angle. This adds volume at the roots.

Well try this. After you shampoo and condition put in a good mousse or gel for curly hair comb through and then turn your head upside down and take fingers through it and let it dry on its own. Always works for me. But if your hair cut is not right it won't. Curly hair has to be cut so that the hair does not weigh down the curl. Ask a hair stylist. Tell them what you want and see if they have any suggestions.

When your hair is damp, apply a creme or leave in conditioner. Then roll with Large firm rollers and let it dry naturally. Take them out and finger comb. It should look great. Naturally dried hair is also shiner than hair dried with heat.
--Stick straight hair is OUT!! Even for young girls. Waves and curls Are IN!

The pink sponge curlers, they are very cheap and sold everywhere. You wet them, then curl your hair and sleep on it. Believe me it works and it will be very bouncy. You might even have to run the dryer through a little to get them to loosen up!

Instead of using a curling iron use big hair rollers.
