I've met God across his long walnut desk with his diplomas hanging on the wall behind him, and God asks me, "Why?" Why did I cause so much pain? Didn't I realize that each of us is a sacred, unique snowflake of special unique specialness? Can't I see how we're all manifestations of love? I look at God behind his desk, taking notes on a pad, but God's got this all wrong. We are not special. We are not crap or trash, either. We just are. We just are, and what happens just happens. And God says, "No, that's not right." Yeah. Well. Whatever. You can't teach God anything

For a creature made in Gods image, even if you do not know it, it is sad to read those words. . Do you feel toxic? I would say the oil deposits around the world would fit the title more closely. They are stinky, and the costs and enmity accrued are toxic.

No, you are not the toxic waste by product of God's creation. It sounds like to me that you are experiencing some sort of spiritual crisis. If you are a true believer than I recommend that you go to your local church for guidance. Good luck.

well, thats an optimistic take on things!

i guess we're all essentially pond scum if you look at it from this point of view.

course, personally along these liones of arguement i would say that your body is the pond scum and you yourself (the conscious being inside that body) is some kind of higher being from beyond as well.. how else do you explain our free will in a world governed by precise and often measurable rules..
