No..."emo" is a type of music...the label "emo" means outcasts...people who are alone, depressed, all the time. Everyone is trying to be emo now-a-days, that the emo label has lost most of its meaning.
You arent emo just because you like black...your ex boyfriend is stupid...Everytime he calls you emo, call him a dumb@$$ and give him the finger. If he has a lick of sense, he'll catch a hint.

No, you're not emo, if you think your not, your not. Emo is just a title people give themselves. Just tell him, why do you care so much what I am or am not? and that you would be the first to know if you were emo or not, and your not. I told that to a guy once but it was about something else, and he was speechless, it was great.
