It's not true.

Municipalities don't have the power to change the drinking age - it's a provincial law, and Ontario still has a drinking age of 19.

Much to the delight of college kids in Detroit and Albany.

Not True, too much great beer being produced and somebody has to drink it, and we also have enough for Detroiters to drink after they have come off the training beer in the US

no this is not going to happen ( thank god) or else it would be for the entire province. the drinking age is still 19.
