Will CAP (Civil Air Patrol) Boost my for the Coast Guard like it does the Airforce?

Will CAP boost my rank up to E-4 in the USCG like it does the USAF? Or does it only work with the airforce?

You will need to talk to a recruiter, and make him actually look it up. also, talk to your commander and see what he/she says.

Wow, you really need to work on your sentence structure! Being in an organization such as the Eagle scouts, Civil Air Patrol or JROTC will make you automatically elligible for E-3, I doubt it will send you to E-4, although the Air Force tends to move people pretty quick. This applies to all of the branches of service.
