im 5'4 and 130 pounds taking phentermine to lose hopefully like 20 pounds. but yea , ive been reading some online posts here about people being not sure about their dosage. i bought mine from online so obviously im not going to consult my docter about it. I've been taking 2, 30 mg a day. i have a weird heartbeat, fever sometimes and i hallucinated a bit today but i thought it was just a side effect.. i was planning on buying the 37.5 mg for my next order and take that twice a day but now i dont know. anyone know anything about this stuff?

"Phentermine is a sympathomimetic amine, which is similar to an amphetamine. It is also known as an "anorectic" or "anorexigenic" drug. Phentermine stimulates the central nervous system (nerves and brain), which increases your heart rate and blood pressure and decreases your appetite."

The usual dosage for phentermine is between 15-30mg per day in one, or divided doses. Youre having these side effects because your levels are toxic. Id advise you to seriously consider coming off of this medication before you cause permanent damage.

60mg a day is ridiculous. You're overdosing. Wean yourself off, and stop completely. Hallucinations? Possible brain damage.

Youre 5'4'' and 130lbs, which means your BMI is 22.5 which is normal. Why are you trying to lose weight? at 110 lbs you will be underweight. At the end of the day it's your choice-- but I hope you'll consider this information.

That's way too much to take. And you are too skinny to be taking Phentermine anyway. The max dosage is 37.5 per day and that's under a doctor's supervision which you admitted you aren't.
Doubling the dosage is prescription drug abuse. This stuff has serious side effects. You could OD. You could die.
Your BMI is 22.3. You aren't overweight.

First off STOP TAKING THOSE NOW!! Second, never, EVER order drugs from an on-line pharmacy. You have absolutely no idea what it is you're actually taking. Lastly, at 5' 4" and 130 lbs, you are a healthy weight, to lose more than 5-10 lbs would put you underweight.

As a Medication Aide. It is very important for you to go to the doctor. But for my advice, you need to quit taking the meds you are on (RIGHT KNOW) It sounds like your body is rejecting the pills you are taking. Your body does weird things to protect itself, and that is what it is doing. Phentemine is not a drug to mess with, it can hurt you. If your heart beat is fast, it means you are speeding, in some cases it can make a person have a heart attack. It is important to take your vital signs, which includes, temperature, blood pressure, pulse(counting your heart beats), respiration's(counting your breaths) A stethoscope to listen to your heart and your lungs. This drug causes anxiety attacks or panic attacks. this medication can and will cause major problems with your health if you are not careful. So the question should be are you going to stop taking these pills right know -OR- does some one need to call an ambulance?
There are other ways of losing weight that are healthy for you, like dancing in your living room, walking your dog.
Please stop, take the pills and flush them down the toilet............ YOUR HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SUFFERING FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IN THE HOSPITAL, OR IN THE GRAVE WHICH WILL BE OPEN FOR YOU IF YOU DON'T STOP TAKING THE PILLS............ Good Luck, Hope you make the RIGHT MOVE.....................

Not only could you overdose, but you can inflict permanent damage on your heart. If you are having arrhythmias, you may already have caused cardiac damage.

Unless you are a complete idiot, you'll stop using it now and see a doctor to find out what damage has been done. There is a REASON that it is prescription only.

except you act such as you're approximately to bypass out...or except you act unresponsive you have a protracted wait!!! i take a minimum of 8 tylenol pm, advil pm or NyQuil each and every nighttime to nod off... once you're a least approximately one hundred twenty pounds you would be a hundred% positive after taking that few pills!!! ...while you're apprehensive approximately it...purely bypass stick your finger down your throat!!! in case you weigh under a hundred pounds and you have taken them awhile in the past(the place they have already been absorbed) then bypass to the hospital...they are going to make you drink a thick black grainy luquidish substance called Charcoal...partly because of the fact of what it appears like!!! the Charcoal will take in the 'drugs' that have absorbed into your physique to evade and undesirable effects of your liver orr kidneys!!! ...yet like i stated while you're a minimum of like one hundred twenty pounds you would be ok no longer doing something!!! ...yet throw up once you're relatively apprehensive!!!

No, but I do know that if you lose 20 pounds you will be underweight. Your BMI is 22. YOu are at a perfectly healthy weight. Please stop before you hurt yourself.
