I know "they" say that women find confidence most attractive when it comes to men. But I'm wondering...are men looking for the same confidence in women? If not, then what is the most attractive quality?

Oh, come now! It all depends on the man, doesn't it? It's not like they come off the assembly line and think exactly alike!
Sometimes a quiet man will prefer an out-going and confident woman since she has traits that he doesn't but, other times, some shy and quiet guys like finding shy and quiet maidens to woo.
Some men like assertive women. Some men like submissive women. Some men like smart partners. Some like being the smarter person in the pair and are intimidated by a woman with brains. You could ask 100 guys what trait they find most attractive in women and you could theoretically get 100 different answers!!

Absolutely. Confidence is extremely important. In my opinion more so than anything else. Even if a woman isnt very attractive, with a little confidence and an outgoing personality, she becomes much more appealing. And it works both ways, someone that is annoying, bitchy or even confident to the point of cocky will make them less appealing and i some cases unattractive completely. A little confidence can do wonders for the average dater, too much is a turnoff. Good Luck.

personally I find blondes attractive and I'm blonde but what turns me on the most is if she's aggressive. I like a girl who approaches me and sparks the conversation. Aggression is my ultimate weak spot. I cant resist it. If a girl walks up to me and shows lots of interest that is what turns me on. If a girl tugs me around and loves to play the hard to get game I lose interest immediately. so for me its aggression.

Well, obviously i'm not a guy, but i do know some things. 1) Guys love when girls are confident. They hate when girls have there friends ask a guy out for them or something. 2) Of course, they care if you're hot.

intelligence and a sense of humor
If she can carry on a conversation and is well read.
If she can laugh, even if it's about heself.

Of course it does depend on the man. I think men like confident women, just not too confident. Doesn't try to change the man to suit them, honesty and some men do look at physical traits; ie, slim, very pretty. Some like women with intellect too.

Confidence, yes, but I think a good disposition is more important. Smiling and being able to look "on the bright side" instead of being negative or "down." Cheering him up when he's down and not stressing out over everything. Being able to enjoy life!
