I am Thirteen and have the same Problem.
I Don't have much advice but I do have some;
1.You can start by talking to your Parents about changing your diet and asking them to cook more healthy.
2. Start getting Physically Active (Dancing, Running,Playing Outside) .(EVERYDAY)
TIP: When You Start excercising you will find yourself loosing ALOT of weight in the beginning. But Don't Slack off because it gets harder as you Progress.

Excercise alot do sit to build stomach muscle and loose the fat or take a sport that looses a couple pounds!

My grandson is your age and started Weight Watchers and working out, he has taken too much verbal abuse at school so he took
the right road and loves it.

stop eating rubbish and move around a lot. Give up TV and computer games and take up running.
