They definitely work! I've used the Colgate Whitestrips, and people could tell the difference. There's a 2 week treatment and a 1 week treatment. It's worth it to pay more for the 1 week treatment to get it over with. You have to wear the strips for a total of an hour a day. You can do two 30-minute sessions at separate times during the day or back to back for an hour straight.

I got lazy and didn't use the Crest strips all the way, but I did notice a difference from the first few times that I used them. Just be sure that you use them BEFORE you brush your teeth. (The package says that it works better that way). It's the same concept of why your hair color turns out better if it's a little bit dirty and not squeaky clean when you get it done.

im a dental assist going on 5 years. the BEST thing to do is go to your dentist and ask for an at home bleaching kit. they work 100 %! i did it and i am a smoker. may cause a lot of tooth sensativity BUT the results are worth it in the end and the sens. will eventually go away. ohhhhh and yes the strips do work but honestly if ur gonna spend 30 bucks on a quick fix dont bother. they dont always work b/c there isnt enough bleaching in the formula.

Pretty much so. I recommend Crest white strips. Nothing removes every kind of tooth stain but Crest has a full rebate so hold onto your receipt.

My dad gave me some and that they actually paintings yet purely bypass away them on for an hour simply by fact the saliva will destroy down the peroxide and wont paintings plenty longer than an hour. I additionally use the gel that he provides me alongside with the tray he made me, so that's molded to my tooth. The sensitivity varies between sufferers. Mine gets gentle if i don't bleach for a at a similar time as. the value of the professional bleach is around 75 and the gel is 3 hundred and the zoom is much greater high priced

YES! My mother has been a smoker for 13 years and she used them and she still smokes and they haven't went back to yellow! She used the Crest Night Strips... which is like the paste you brush on your teeth. It works wonders! : )

Wanted some information about whitening at my last dental appointment. The hygienist whispered, "buy the strips, they work really well". I bought them, but haven't used them yet.
