Strategy: other options
Flirt but don't go over board and not in front of the other guy. She will see that you like her and relize she has other options, she might be willing to date you as well, or drop the other guy for you. And even if she won't date two guy at once, when that relationship ends, ur the next guy on her list. Also flirting is very subtle and you can't really get called out on it, if she feels uncomfortable.

don't look so sad...if there not dating yet, then give her a romantic gift that u think she would really love(don't give it to her directly, sneak it in her locker or her desk, if your in highschool then i guess u should try sneaking it in her bag or something and include a note with the gift and write "i love u and tell her your feelings about her". Its ok don't be shy. You should get her before they go out. *Hope this helps*

Well all you can do right now is be friends with her. Maybe someday she'll realize she's got feelings for you instead of the guy she currently likes. Don't like do anything you're gonna regret

I think you should tell her how you feel i know if i was that girl i would love to know how you felt about me. so tell her and don't regret doing it either its better to have told her then to have not and then regret it all your life. not being able to tell her. I think if you told her then oyu would be considered a real man
