Maybe you should try to explain you didn't do it with your parents. You need to be patient and have a good temper. After all, your parents yell at you to try to tell you to break a habit. No other adult probably will yell at you. Say that you didn't do it and explain calmy. If you are calm, your parents will most likely listen to you.

What is not being treated right?? Do you do right by the others in your home?? Or do you just expect a free ride as so many young people seem to do now days. Is the something you didn't do something silly like make your bed, or brush your teeth, or Help with dishes after mom and dad worked all day and came home and cooked dinner and took care of the kids, laundry, your bed you didn't make, picked up your clothes you left where they dropped?? You are only treated right if you deserve being treated right. Have we forgotten the golden rule?? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you?? If you live by this rule you will no longer be yelled at. This is a given.

Okay, first of all, you have to know that this behavior isn't going to change without some in depth counseling and 100% effort. Part of the problem is you, not respecting yourself enough to not tolerate that type of behavior. If you defend yourself, you play right along with the game. You can't make the other person change. You can only change yourself. Take some serious time to yourself to think about what you will and wont have in your life, especially in your close relationships. Respect yourself and others (for your own peace of mind)and don't settle for being closely involved with anyone who doesn't respect you. I also might add that, from my own experience, being accused of something I didn't do many times in a past relationship turned out to be his guilty conscience trying to find justification for his doing just what he accused me of doing, in my case, basically, cheating.
Now, if this is actually YOUR home, and the other person is an adult, you can give them the ultimatum to get help to resolve the issues or get out. If it's NOT just your home, you can also give the ultimatum to get help or YOU will leave. You don't have to settle. Your life is all about you and what makes you happy and content deep down inside.

Whenever that happens to me, I just leave. The reason I leave is cuz I live alone, and for somebody to mistreat me means I'm in the wrong damned house.

try to make others see who realley is doing what you are being accused of doing. Make sure you stay on top of what you are doing. No day dreaming. You have to show others who you are so they can better understand you.

Know your curcumstance, always think before you say something. If it will help say something but if it won't make yourself invisible and plot your way out. And work hard. You'll make it.
