Back than we believed that we had not business to fight the Vietkong. Now we are doing the same with Iraq? Have we gone nuts by all means? Does this mean we will go agains Iran if that idiot over there wont stop nuclear weapons?Or against that guy in North Corea? Will we go to Greece cause they bombed the Embassy over there? Is that what we are meant to do fight the war on foreign soil?

No, its getting worse, and its about to start more wars.. untill a few days ago I thought it was going ok, but now that the pentagon has made it so it can require soldiers to stay active duty in iraq for long periods of time over and over now, im' not all that supportive anymore.

Hey I'm from Vietnam and let me tell you there are about 3 things that Iraq is like the Vietnamese war. 1. The family wants there relatives back so it may make some of the troops withdraw. 2. There in Iraq there some good people of Iraq in it. 3. Everyone hate their dumb president! So in conclusion, the war will only spread on Middle East and may included the Communist in China and Korea. (the war will last for 4-10 years.)

No it wont be. Far from it in fact. you need to stop reading the pelosi press releases...more liberal pap...the problem with your..."comparison" is the Viet Cong didnt declare Jihad with every intent of invading the west and didnt attack a major Us landmark...get with the plan! pacifism didnt work in ww2, we lost in viet nam because of it and now the problem is these people want to kill you anywhere at any time. the fact that you dont "like" the war doesnt make it any less necessary or real. the problem of your "lets not do anything rash" theory is that one of those idiots as you call them might infact use the weapon you dont think will harm us. Tell Hillary I said wassup....

Its a different scale, not a wet war, and more or less fighting for different reasons. Other than that, yes.
Iran wants to bring on the coming of the 12th Imam or the great anointed spiritual savior. I hope it goes well for them they seem to be very nice fellows......lol

Iraq has been Vietnam II for the last couple of years.

The disater of Vietnam was caused by Congress. If we, as a country, would have kept our promise to Southern Vietnam, we would have won.

If we pull out now, it WILL be another Vietnam.

If we stay for a couple more years, democracy, freedom, and (hopefully) peace will flourish in Iraq.

What do you mean "going to be"? It already is, the military is already not able to operate the way they should because of the government. If they were allowed to just get busy and do their job, we would be out of there within 6 months...but I guess we need another 3000 body bags sent home before we finally pull out with another black eye!
