It's ASKING WITH EXPECTATION and ACTING AS IF you already have it that generate the blessings.
"And so I tell you, if you have faith the size of this mustard seed, you could say to this mountain move, and it would" to paraphrase verse from the bible, though I'm not religious. The philosophy is the same across religions.
Faith, or better yet KNOWING/EXPECTING/ACCEPTING your blessing with gratitude even before it arrives, is what generates it.

you never know when!........only when a person is pregnant and the baby is the blessing.....good luck.
