Go to your Doctor. You may have an inner ear problem. But then there are a number of other things that can cause loss of balance.
This may be a serious problem. Get medical attention as as possible.

On a serious note: Have you seen a doctor? Are you already on medications that may be counteracting and causing dizziness, which is making you fall so often? You might have an inner ear disorder or vertigo. Make an appointment asap!

On a lighter note: If you are tripping over things, maybe you have too much clutter, or maybe you are naturally a little clumsy? I had an athletic roommate that was always dropping things, hurting herself, etc. She couldn't help it.

Hope you stop hurting yourself! :)

See your doctor and have them give you a referral to a neurologist. Sounds like you have a neuromusclar problem.

I have PLS, had it for 11 years now, and your symptoms are what I had in the years preceding my diagnosis.

It kind of sounds like multiple sclerosis. You need to tell this to a doctor.

it could be an ear infection of some kind, believe it or not, your ears regulate your balance.

that, or you could just be clumsy ;)
