Thank you. Thats what I thought. But here is what another Christian had to say about it via email to me - after telling me how wrong I was, he said: "Jesus lived to be about 41 years old maybe 42, his mother was still alive and thwould make her about 52 or a little older. Joseph was either a widower and married the second time to mary, so he being an old man proves that men lived to ald ages. He mustve been in his 60's or 70's if not 80's."
WOW! Mary was 10 years old when she gave birth to Jesus! I guess she really WAS a virgin!!

Traditionally Jesus was said to be 33 1/3 years old when he was crucified. The time of Joseph's death is never recorded, although he was thought to be an older man when he married Mary, so 40 to 50 wouldn't be a poor guess for his age at death. (He was alive when Jesus was 12, but I don't know of any later Biblical references.)
Mary would probibly have been between 13 and 16 at the nativity I have no idea where the 10 years old thing comes from.

Muslims, Christians, and Christians of the Jehovah's Witnesses denomination all differ as to whether Jesus was crucified on a cross, a stake, or wasn't crucified at all, but I think all generally accept that he died at the age of 33. I don't believe the ages of Jesus' parents were recorded in either the Bible or Qur'an.
Martha P: The Joseph in Genesis is a different Joseph than the one who married Jesus' mother, Martha. The first Joseph, the son of Jacob and Rachel, was famous for his coat of many colors and his ability to interpret dreams.

Jesus Christ died when he was 33 1/2 years old. the bible does not say how old his mother Mary or stepfather was when they died. Jesus died on Nisan 14, the last supper or the passover. since he was 33 1/2 years old count six months forward and you get Oct, not dec 25. no one knows how old Mary was when she had Jesus Christ. the bible does not tell us

An exact age is not given but most scholars believe He was about 33 years old. And I don't believe the Bible mentions when Mary dies or Joseph dies.

the theory that sin replaced into unforgiven for 4000 years is rediculous! Temple Judaism custom dictates that sin should be forgiven with an proper scrificial providing. something from grain or a loaf of bread, to a blemish free bull or lamb. that could now to not say sacrificing something replaced into the in effortless words thanks to attain forgiveness. Judaism to on the present time teaches that a sin dedicated by technique of one individual adverse to a special man or woman may have the sin forgiven by technique of the sufferer, yet in effortless words God can forgive a sin adverse to God. it really is the inspiration for the rift between Judaism and Christianity. the entire divine/messiah aspect is secondary. Christianity teaches that a guy (priest) can forgive any transgression see you later because the sinner in simple terms feels undesirable and should be forgiven. Judaism says that is not so undemanding. And each person who thinks you are able to position self assurance in something that comes after your existence are in simple terms being reidulous. The myriad of humanity that lived earlier Jesus had no want to believe in his "divinity" to recieve salvation. they'd thier own device of redemption. in case you Christians can get over the entire "we are proper because our e book says we are, and for this reason all of us else should be incorrect" kick the international should be a best purchase extra ideal position.
