I'm trying to limit my carbohydrate intake... not Atkins-like, but just to cut back on calories and carbs. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Water - the ultimate in low-calorie foods. Actually there's nothing wrong with carbohydrates just don't go for the refined sugars and white bread. Whole grains are very good for you and will not make you fat. You can't ever go wrong with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Water is pretty good. As are bananas - they fill you up HEAPS and are low calorie.

For breakfast this morning, I had a carrot and a piece of toast. That filled me up immensely, and only came to around 100 calories. For drinks you could have Ribena Light or black tea (with or without milk is fine).

Try drinking a glass of water, it fills you up, and puts weight in your stomach. If you're cutting calories, then you don't really need to eat anything if it's just a snack.

Oatmeal is cheap, and fills you up. Might taste a bit terrible - give it a shot of maple syrup or something, and it's great.

Most of vegetables and fruits are low in calories, particulaly celery, apple, orange, and etc.
Fat-free yogurt is also a good choice!
