On my old computer, I had this program that would save my downloads in it just incase I got kicked off the internet then I wouldnt lose what I already had downloaded. I have a new computer now but I cant find that program. If anyone knows of one please let me know. I still have phone line dial up so my speed is real slow.
Thanks,

No problem. What you are describing is a download manager. A download manager both speeds up a download as well as resume a download if there is an interruption. There are several excellent free download managers; so, there isn't a need to buy a commercial one. My favorite is aptly named Free Download Manager (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/). It is absolutely free without any ads or other non sense. It can be integrated in to Internet Explorer and most other web browser. Here is a small list of other excellent download managers. If you encounter problems setting them up, you can drop me an e-mail.

It's not a program, all you have to do is when you're downloading what ever you're downloading, you have to click Save instead of Run.
