Also, do you think it will ever end?

I don't think Jesus or God would approve of wars of any kind. Violence solves nothing.

And there is no way to win, lose or end a war on terror. All we do in trying is lose our freedoms and way of life. Terrorists instill fear in people causing them to change their lives to avoid terrorist acts. European nations are subject to such acts all the time but simply find real remedies.

Probably not. But I also don't think that God... would approve of just sitting idly by while you watch people who have taken Satan into their hearts reik terror on those whom we claim to love. When we see our loved ones being blown to pieces and the loss of so much innocent life so needlessly, what do you propose we do to stop it. Seriously, I would love to hear of even one single peaceful solution to this problem. If there were such a solution whereby everyone in this world could just let peace reign and not feel the need to hurt anyone or to take anything over, I would so seriously love to hear all about it. Do you have any suggestions that may actually work?

Not many gods other than Aries/Mars would promote war, or violence, like Buddha and Jesus they try to find peace with others, even their enemies. Unfortunately, all gods rule the Earth through people, and it isn't really what any god wants that matters, it's the people who believe in said god that control fate. Nowadays it's not as important to do what favors a god, but the people, they're the ones who will kill you, torture you, or let you live all in the name of their god and with that gods morals and beliefs ingraved in their minds.

No. Based on my belief system, which is Christianity, God is the one to take care of things. "Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord." The escalation of terrorism throughout the world is merely a sign of the times and of what is to come if one follows the Bible. That said, it will not end until Armageddon occurs.

I don't need God to answer that for me, I can say myself that it is a stupid war, like all wars, caused by greed and ignorance by people who claim to be doing good, and the average man or woman is too consumed by his/her family to care about it, which could be right or wrong, but either way, men with wicked minds will always run wild, and other men will always try and do their best to stop them. If you really want to make a change, be the change you want to see.

In the book of James, Jesus said wars would come and go, and not to worry ourselves too much so long as we believed and followed him. I think it's in James 13

a TRUE christian would not engage in war or even be a soldier

GOD SAYS VENGEANCE IS MINE.....ROMANS 12:9

1 peter 2:23.........When he was being reviled, he did not go reviling in return. When he was suffering, he did not go threatening,

Jesus ordered him(peter): “Return your sword to its place, for all those who take the sword will perish by the sword.” (Mt 26:52; Joh 18:10, 11)

he told us not to fight but to:

“If possible, as far as it depends upon you, be peaceable with all men.”—ROMANS 12:18.

but jesus is not god...........but gods son..........for jesus has a god..john 20:17(another topic)

first, Jesus is God!
secondly, God understands the war against the forces of evil much better than we do.
it will only end with the return of Jesus Christ in order to prevent mankind from totally destroying the entire earth (most likely with nuclear devices).

I don't believe in a deity.

I think Borat was right when he described it as a "war of terror", rather than on terror.

Everything ends. But it will be a while and maybe not in our lifetimes
