Not just "Zen" but Buddhist, period.

1. The ability to choose how you view reality (blue pill or red pill), stay in the Matrix or live in Zion
2. Neo's ability to "bend reality" which looks like an increased ability to see and understand "emptiness" as he moves through the trilogy.
3. The Oracle saying "you're just gonna have to make up your own &^%* mind" reminding me of the Buddha's telling us to not take his words on faith...
