I have been working out hard for about 1 month doing the elliptical everyday for about 45 minutes and my jeans are snug around the thigh and the butt what is going on?!????! Experienced elliptical owners and fitness trainers welcome for answers and suggestions...I have searched the net and found no answers....

this is due to a increase in muscle mass in ur legs and and bum i wouldnt worry about it it probabbly looks a lot better than you think

if you want to be slimmer and smaller id cut back on the exersise and concentrate on your diet

You are toning up your muscles in those areas. Those are the muscles you are using the most. You are not getting fat, it is muscles. I have an elliptical trainer and it works your legs and butt and does cardio the most. Don't worry, you are just toning up. :)

Your building muscle or your eating more than what you did before the eliptical. My advice is if you don't want bulky muscle than try yoga or cut back on calories if your not building muscle

Muscle. You are burning fat, but are gaining muscle mass. Don't worry, it will all level out as you continue to work out.
