First, see your doctor! You may have a thyroid condition that is keeping you from gaining weight. Second, eat healthy meals and snacks--you don't want to put on fat, so don't waste your calories on junk.

Have you tried weight lifting, carbohydrates (breads, pastas, sugars etc)
