Don't be so insensitive.Not all girls are the best at catching baseballs. You hit her, it was an accident, but you make it sound like it was her fault for not catching the damn ball. What a jerk. You need to go take care of her, and apologize to her, that must have really hurt her. Let her hit you with a ball........ wtf ....... its only fair. ; )

YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE !!!! Of course she SHOULD have caught it, but you DID HIT HER VERY HARD ( probably). Of course she is mad. Take her out, and be a gentleman. You see she will forgive u. And be more understanding, it is a baseball ball !!!
