got a fine for driving in a bus lane..all that on the letter is that i was driving in a bus lane in (the hyde)1853hrs 30/12/06 no further address and the letter is from barnet london brough, how do i know that there clock was the right time and it wasnt 1900hrs they think they got video evidence they aint sent me no pics

insist on photographic evidence - they normally cant be bothered to do this because its to time consuming - it might work then again it might not - but its worth a try - but you probably already know if you were in the wrong or not
