ok ive become a lightweight all a sudden after 2 bottles of beer im gone and in sum cases half a bottle will do me i used to be able to drink about 8 and still be fine.

i have 3 partys to go to over the next week one is my bday so lots of drinks will be given to me

any ideas on how i can drink but not get wasted as there will be drinking games and i wanna join in but not be wasted

having fun is not getting drunk. If you get a buzz from 1/2 a beer be happy loo at the money you can save. Drink what you are comfortable with...don't be a victim of someone taking advantage of you and don't hurt us all by ending your life due to drinking. Be Safe

Be yourself, if you don't want to drink a lot, just say so. It's your birthday. Drinking games usually end up in binge drinking, so you can either ask that something else be done to celebrate your birthday or ask that only a tiny amount of alcohol by used in each drink and be bulk be a soft drink.

Eat something before you go, or while you are there. Especially bread, that will soak up a lot of the alcohol. Play it off, make someone else (A bf or something) drink on your behalf. Not every time, but enough to lighten your load.

snack while you drink I know it sounds weird but ever try having one drink then re use the bottle and just drink water for awhile then go back to real drinks my female friends randomly do it at parties when they don't wanna get smashed but still wanna hang out

eat before u drink, make sure u drink lots of water b4 u start drinking also in between drinking alcohol and after ur done drinking. thats pretty much it, make sure ur not drinking on an empty stomach or ur gonna get real wasted and keep drinking pure water to rehydrate ur body.

Eat lots of carbs before and during the drinking...might help absorb some of the alcohol

One, don't drink if you know you may lose control. Two, eat something while you drink.It will help absorb the alcohol. Thrree, try drinking some non-alcoholic beverages.

yeah try drinking NON ALCOHOLIC beverages. You're gaurenteed not to get wasted.

Or before you drink, eat a ton of pasta and bread

Try tea and congratulate yourself on being a cheap drunk. It saves lots of money! Especially the DWI costs for lawyers these days....

eat small amounts of food throughout the night. breads and starches are good to soak up the alcohol. dont eat lots and lots, but just smaller portions all night.
