he is not our leader and i have never heard of him till this year
From his words i realize he is fanatic and made muslims look like fools, he is a bad example for us

I'm a muslim woman, but I've never heard of him or her. To be honest, I don't follow sects, so if they were from a certain sect, I didn't care much about them. That's an odd name for a sheikh, though. And if what I am seeing here is true, his narrow viewpoints don't represent us at all. There is also a sheikh who says woman is a stupid because she keeps having children and forgets the pain of childbirth, then turns around and says no birth control and she can't deny her husband sex. Come on now, what sense does that make? Islam demands we use intellect, but sadly many do not. They go by culture and traditions and call that Islam. When I hear of these fatwas and opinions of scholars, I am very shocked and amazed. I have studied the Quran and Islam, along with other religions, for 9 years. A lot of the time they go against the religion in preference of what their pals want.
