Hello! A year ago I was diagnosed with Depresion & Anxiety. Nevetheless I have had really weird symptoms that I think belong to some other mental illness: One day I felt like killing a relative. I even had the image of cuts and blood. Another day a energy drove me to get into my parents room and kill them. Another day I felt that I was getting crazy. One night I started laughing like a crazy person and could not stop. Can anybody tell me why is this?

It sounds like you have a severe psychotic disorder, but the fact that you can control yourself indicates that it isn't too severe yet. Usually crazy people don't know they are crazy. It is best to consult a doctor. If you are concerned for the safety of your loved ones, check in to a mental hospital.

GO TO THE DOCTOR! I'm not saying you have a wrong diagnosis, but you may need a med change! If you can't get these feelings under control now, go to the ER, call the CRISIS HOTLINE! Call someone and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, until you can talk no more. Another thing you can do, which has helped me in the past, is JOURNAL until you run out of things to say! Actually, then go to the doctor and take that with you, so he/she can see what you are thinking.

It sounds like an Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum disorder, which is a form of anxiety. Obsessive, uncontrollable thoughts and urges are all part of it. Talk to your doctor and read The Boy Who Couldn't Stop Washing, by Judith L. Rappaport. It will explain alot. Good Luck

Im not a health professional but you sound like you could have Schizophrenia. You REALLY need to seek some help before you do something you regret.
You are aware that this beheaviour is not normal and that is good. Get some help NOW. Don't be frightened about doing it, you will be better off and will be able to get the right treatment.

These are not symptoms of depression and anxiety. They sound like a bi-polar disorder. Do you hear voices? Please get to a mental health facility immediately. Don't even wait for an appointment with your doctor. What if you had acted on those impulses? Go to a ER NOW and tell them what you just told us. Be completely honest with the doctors.

I think you spend too much time thinking and not enough with healthy physical activity.
You may have a repressed anger problem, especially since you have been diagnosed with depression.
Find a vigorous sport that will help you channel feelings into healthy physical activity.
Get some wood scraps and pound nails in them.
Get a punching bag and hit it as hard as you can.
Yell when you hit it - it helps.

I dont have any idea of what you may have but you do need to seek extended professional help befoe you hurt yourself or really hurt someone else. But the positive side of it is that you are aware that there is a problem, because some people dont realize that they have a problem until they hurt someone.
Good luck, hope this helps...

Sometimes medication can cause thoughts like these, i wouldn't be too alarmed.
You should go and see your doctor anyway just incase it is another mental illness.
Good Luck : )

it sounds like stress and anxiety. i suffer from mild depression and stress and i too some times get some very dark images in my mind, that i simply cannot controll, they just flash in and out. but what you have to remember is, there is nothing out of your controll, i get through it by taking a deep breath and distracting myself. you can controll it, just remember that you are not crazy, your just stressed out!! and it's ok to get a little freaked out now and then. it happens.
