You might want to ask them over in the cats section. This section is for dogs.

I imagine each kitten is contained in its own sac, just like a puppy. The water will break with each kitten born. Not totally sure though. Have not dealt with this before.

If i remember right baby animals (kittnes/puppies) all have there own little sacs they are born in and the momma cat or a human has to remove the sac off the kitten, and I don't think a cat's "water breaks".
