i got a stupid loan, now i have fallen on bad times, is their anything i can do.

I Googled it, and it appears to be a scam. I suggest you contact the Better Business Bureau.

If you got the loan, it is legitimate enough. They should be contacting you at home, not your employer. Inform them in writing that all contact should be though your home address. If they continue sending letters to your employer, you have grounds to sue.

Google the company name. There should be a website called ripoff.com or something similar. That should tell you if they are legit or if they have law suits pending against them. I use it all the time. Especially when companies call me with stupid stuff.

If they are sue them for defamation they are not legally suppose to contact your employer without a court order
