He is saying he likes to talk to you. Never get caught up in trying to figure what a guy is thinking. It maybe as simple as nothing. A man has the ability to simply think of nothing. Keep talking to him and you will find out what is he saying don't make it complicated.

well because he always talks to you doesnt have to mean anything lol apart from him wanting to be your friend. if you think hes flirting then hes flirting? and i dont see why you need help hehe if anything the guy needs help if hes talking to you because he likes you and wants to ask you out but cant get round to it ;)

It sounds like he may like you also. He proubly talks to you cause he wants to get to know you! So smile and be friendly and get to know him!

If he talks to you, it doesn't necessarily mean that he likes you. Just be yourself and maybe he'll come out to liking you. Just be patient though. =D
