I called my friend out on something and he denied it, and no matter what he actes like it is completely not true. would you forgive even if you knew it was true but he wouldn't tell you?

unless u have a way to prove that your friend is lying, like some written documentation, then u will need to just let it go and continue being friends. unless u feel like u just cant trust or believe him anymore. And if u decide to trust him again and just let it go just keep your eyes open for future lies

Depends on the lie. If whatever he is lying about effects you directly, or hurts you in some way, then I wouldn't be as quick to forgive. But if it's a white lie, and doesn't matter to your relationship, I'd let it go...
