It was just after he saves Ishida from a menos grande's tongue.
He says "yare yare.... [instert what i want to know here]"

hiragana : ぶざまなすがただな
romaji : buzamana sugata dana

literally translated into "miserable appearance", maybe. I would translate it into "you look miserable".
