i had cps come to my kids school and talked to them about things. What i want to know is if the cps worker has to tell the kids where they from and why they r there. If they came to the school does that mean that somebody called cps, or what? Need answers.

i come from a good family, have a good job, my own home, and car, they r healthy looking, clean clothes, etc. They do not look like they r being abused or anything like that. if anything, i am to lenient.

Nowadays they can get you for being too lenient. They will say that you are not "controlling" your kid well enough. However, try controlling that kid and see how fast they run after you about that kid's right to not be controlled! I am getting to know CPS pretty well...the only thing I don't know yet is how to ever please them.

It is very likely that somebody called CPS and filed a report against you. Don't know legally if the CPS worker has to identify themselves. You might want to call the local office of CPS and ask them what is going on. Keep your cool when you talk to them. If you have the resources, you might want to consult a lawyer about your childrens' and your rights. Also check CPS's website to see if they have any guidelines listed there.

CPS is authorized through regulation to talk for your little ones with out your permission. it isn't unlawful. Your question is contradictory - in case your little ones advised the truth, and also you're telling us the truth, they and also you've not something in any respect to be in contact about.

Did the CPS come to school to talk just to your kids or to the whole school? If they just came and talked to your kids then YES someone turned you in for something. The CPS usually talks to the kids at school, then they'll come to your house and talk to you and ask you questions about whatever is going on and they inspect your house to make sure its clean, to make sure you have enough food (bread, milk, etc.) They check your house to make sure it suitable for your children. Then they also go talk to the person who filed the complaint. One time my husbands ex wife called the CPS on us. She had told the CPS that our house was dirty we had no food and we wasn't bathing the children. Excuse me but she's never been inside our house. My house is very clean, we have plenty of food and the children were bathed every night. We asked the CPS who turned us in but she was not aloud to tell because it was confidental. But my husband and I knew that it was his ex wife. Only she would say stuff like that. But if there coming to talk to your children then something is going on and i'd get to the bottom of it. Good luck and i hope everything goes well.

Someone complained, maybe a teacher or a neighbor. You must know what's going on in you own home. No offense, but are your kids dirty, hungry, absent a lot? Maybe a neighbor heard some yelling. And CPS doesn't have to tell you who complained or what the complaint was.

The difference is... did they talk only to your kids or to the whole class. If it's just your kids, quick clean the house, dress nice and wait. They will be coming around real soon. I hope that you are a good mother and maybe just being mistaken about something because if you aren't then you've had it and you're going to get it. As you should.
