The reason Israel did not join the coalition was that it would infuriate the other arab countrys like Syria and Egypt and even though Israel sent no troops they provided valuble anti-terrorist information since they are more familiar with this.Besides its not the US's problem was winning the war what the US is doing now is police work. By the way Israel has one of the best trained and equiped armies in the world im not partial but in a war between the arab nations and Israel, Israel would easily win see 6 day war 1973 Yom kippur war etc...

The very last thing Bush needs is Jewish troops fighting Islamic folks with guns in Iraq. To the Islamic world that would really look like a crusade against Islam and we would have lost what little support we have. Pakistan would have pulled out of any support.

And on a practical level, I don't think Israeli troops would be particularly good allies - they are not known for their restraint or their willingness to take a second seat to the USA.

Israel is not our ally. We are Israel's ally. The Jews own the International Monetary Fund, IMF. It is controlled by the 7 families in Europe. The Rothschild's, Lazards, Rockefeller's and four others. It doesn't make sense for Israel to get into a major conflict when we can borrow from the IMF(them) in the process to protect them.

Aerial Sharon let it leak out in a letter that stated, "We control the United States and if you don't believe that, just ask us."

I don't think that Israel could win a war with the whole Arab community and to be honest I don't think the Jews really care because they will still exist for they are spread out too far in the rest of the World. Don't think that I am Anti-Semitic for I am not. There are two kinds of Jews, the Orthodox and the Messianic. The Orthodox doesn't believe in the deity of Jesus Christ and the Messianic does. The Orthodox controls the Worlds money. I think the Orthodox was the ones that Jesus was talking about in the Temple when he said get out you workers of Lawlessness, you sons of Satan, for I know you not. It was the Orthodox, not the followers of Jesus, that had him crucified.

Isreal is one of the strongest allies we have...They were asked not to, to prevent additional problems from arising with the rest of the Ragheads in the region
After Iraq send Scuds into Isreal, they were ready to turn Iraq into a vaster wasteland than it already is

Simple...the U.S and Britain do not want their help!!

As soon as the Israelis got involved then it would become an Arab versus Jew conflict and all hell would break loose, including the loss of the use of bases in Saudi Arabia and the UAE which are actually the two most strict Wahhabist Muslim nations in the world.

See above, there is enough tension between us and our "allies" in the middle east, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey. If Israel joined they would all stop assisting us.

Plus Israel has enough problems defending themselves from the terrorists in that region, they need their army at home for defense.

Israel was not advised by our govt to help us in Iraq as it would have inflamed the rest of the Muslims and possibly caused all out war in the region, therefore American govt advised them to sit it out.
