When does our hairs grow? Why can't it just stop somewhere so we don't have to cut it?

We would save so much money on brushes and not going to hair salons and it would just be easier! we would probably shed tho, cuz dogs who don't grow hairs do shed, so we'd shed a lot on our heads, huh? Maybe we wouldn't be so selfish and want people to look at us all the time and all of us would be accepted more.

What is your opinion of this?

I don't care so much about the hair on the head growing because that allows us variety, such as if you want to wear your hair short and then grow it out.

However, I think we should only have to shave our legs once and then to never have leg hair grow back, now that would be ideal. Or perhaps, now that I'm older, and you sound awfully young, the hair that a woman gets on her face as she gets older. Wax it one time and that's it, no more.

We do shed, we lose hair all the time, just not as much as dogs, so there I would have to agree with the first answer and wonder if you might have entered another world just before you wrote your question!

Hey, I meant the above good naturedly, because it sounded like you were really bored; just sitting down and maybe twirling your hair around your finger, and then there goes your mind, taking a walk thru the garden of strange thoughts!

each persons hair stops growing at a different length, if you let your hair grow out you'll see that it will only grow so far, even when maintained with no split ends. You can do this, but its not just about selfishness for me neat trimmed hair is so much easier to comb and take cair of when I let it go it hurts and takes three times and long to pic out, and hay its not just what we think of people looking at us it would really suck to have to look at a bunch of scrubs all day wouldnt it, ease up ok, Kim

because if everyone wanted different legnths that would not work out would it?? and what if you wanted a different length or hair style?? we "shed" normally like a dog anyways...and dog's hair does grow (i know it is hard to tell but it does =] ) your last sentance thing is good, but don't you think people would find something else to worry about???

because hair is made of dead skin cells, so if ur cells are constantly dieing, ur hair will be constantly growing, why are you complaining, do you want to be bald or something?
