Lucky you if it's pure maple syrup. Anyway, beside the usual stuff, I add it to my granola when i make it. Just mix up some quick cooking oats (raw, not cooked),some chopped nuts ( i use walnuts and almond)some wheat germ, and some shredded coconut. Then i mix in some honey and maple syrup, how much is kind of by guess.Put in large pan sprayed lightly with a cooking spray. Oven at 300 degrees. Keep in oven until oats lightly toasted, keep stirring about every 15 minutes. You can taste oats just before taking out of oven, now would be time to add more syrup if you want sweeter. keep in oven about 15-20 minutes longer, just don't burn. When done, after cooling , then i add chopped dried fruit,(cranberries, apricots, berries). But you can add whatever nuts or fruits you like. It's a great breakfast or snack, either dry or with milk.

You are the lucky one.
Use it on pancakes, to flavour frostings, in butter tarts, in hot chocolate, to glaze carrots, to glaze ham, etc.
There are too many ways to use it but use it sparingly, a little goes a long way and as you know, if it is pure maple syrup it is very expensive.
Google recipes with maple syrup for more suggestions

Yummy, if you have a whole bottle of the real stuff you can do several things with it. That are all wonderful. Of course it is good on waffles or pancakes if you like them. Also good in baking, adds a wonderful flavor. Try it in baked beans with ham - - delicious!
But you ask the Best way - I love it on vanilla ice cream, a real treat. You can really savor the flavor.
Enjoy - - ;-)

Buy a packet of those dried fruit (sultana) pancakes you can get - put one in a bowl, drizzle with maple syrup & add a dollop of vanilla icecream, top off with another pancake, another spoonful of double cream & another drizzle of maple syrup. Delicious.
