I haven't come across one yet. Its really irritating as I keep buying them and they all turn out to be rubbish

If you live near enough to the transmitting station then a damp shoelace makes an excellent antenna. Conversely if the TV signal does not arrive at your location be it distance or hills and valleys then not even the best outside antenna will get a picture !!!! Cheers Pete.

I use a strip of tin foil about 6 inches thick and 6 meters long, connect this aerial wire. This works for me. sounds strange but nothing else works. Run it along the wall neer the roof! Hope This is an idea for you!

I can only advise you to ignore idiotic comments like "buy this areial, it's great". The effectivness of any product will vary depending on your geographic location. Distance from the nearest signal source, if you are in a dip etc.

in argos they have indoor aerials that run on electric my bedroom had terrible reception for my freeview box and as soon as i got this aerial my freeview reception was 100% (mine shows signal strength) The aerial was about £17.99 and hey if it still doesnt work for you you get your money back.

this is the one ive got infact ive 2 of them one in my kids room and i got one for my dad at christmas as i bought him a freeview box
